the tinkling sounds of raindrops on glass
the patter on the pavement and driveway
the muffled rain on the gravel and the sand
Sounds emanating from the rain
Yet each its own quality does gain
The rhythm of the swaying trees
dancing to the tunes of the winds
The majestic oaks rustling they sway
While the tall pines hardly give way
Many just drop their leaves away
While others merrily just bend and sway
The rhythm of the waterways
The swishing river rapids and the roaring sea waves
